On October 16 and 17, 2007, Saint’s Cafe hosted two coffee tasting and discussion eventsw with Counter Culture Coffee, a roasting company committed to quality, fairness and environmental stewardship. Topics included the details of fair trade, organic and shade-grown certifications and stories about Counter Culture’s farmer partners around the world.

Kim Elena Bullock, Sustainability and Producer Relations Manager was on hand to share her expertise and answer questions about environmental, social, and fiscal sustainability in the coffee trade.
